Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can assist me. I’m having trouble connecting the VCM to my CPU. The only light that’s on is the power light; nothing else seems to be functioning. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the ID and Teradyne software, but I still can’t get the VCM to configure—it doesn’t show up whether I’m using a wireless connection or a cable.
This setup worked fine until I updated the ID, and now I’m stuck. I even tried using a different ford vcm3, but I’m encountering the same issue.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
