CAT Com 3 Adapter Software Issue

I have installed the ET 2010A and Caterpillar ET Adapter 3 software. However, when I open ET, I encounter a problem stating that there is an issue with the Com 3 software, and it indicates that the CA3 server has stopped working.

Additionally, when I attempt to open Com 3 from another program, I receive the following error message:

"Failed to load FTD2XX.dll. Please install CA3 driver."

Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
